The glass-lined reactor for the industrial chemical factory is made by coating high silicon content on the surface of the metal body and then firing them at high temperatures (about 900°ºC) several times to achieve a high adhesive strength of the enamel on the steel base body. So the equipment has the dual advantage of both chemical stability similar to glass and high strength as metal.

Enamel reactor and other enamel equipment are widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, dyes and other industrial production process, is the most ideal equipment for hydrolysis, neutralisation, crystallisation, mixing, emulsification and so on.
Corrosion resistance stability: very high corrosion resistance against inorganic acid, organic solvents with different concentrations, and weak base, but not applicable to alkali, acid, fluoride bearing medium, and phosphoric acid with concentration above 30% at a temperature over 180°ºC.
Resistance to impact: Resistance to impact is over 220×10-3J; Never hit the glass lining with hard objects during operation.
Insulation performance: The enamel surface has been strictly tested at 20KV.
Thermal shock resistance: Resistance to sudden cooling is 110°ºC, and to sudden heating is 120°ºC.
